Christopher focuses his practice on civil litigation, business law, employment law and bankruptcy law.

Throughout his career, Christopher has successfully represented his clients as both a plaintiff and defense attorney  in a wide variety of civil actions.

Specifically, Christopher has litigated disputes including  breach of contract actions, wrongful termination actions, employment disputes, claims of breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret disputes, consumer fraud claims, claims brought pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, real estate disputes, probate litigation involving the proper administration of wills and estates, personal injury, bankruptcy adversary cases,  lien disputes, small claims actions, commercial law, mass torts,  and professional negligence actions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Christopher also advises  Cox & Fulk, LLC’s business and commercial clients on a variety of business-related issues such as the drafting of employment contracts, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, corporate governance, and fiduciary responsibility. He particularly enjoys working with clients to help them grow and develop their business.

When he is not working, Christopher loves spending time with his wife Erin, their sons Connor and Kellen and their families. He is also an avid fan of college sports, especially his beloved Fighting Illini.
